5. User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create using our services.
• License: By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
• Enterprise Folders: By using our cloud-based or "forked" repository, you adhere to a dual license in which the free personal license structure adheres to MPL licensing and everything under the /application folders or /ee/ folders or /enterprise folders contains an enterprise license from either third-parties and Rantir Enteprises which only administers these terms and conditions (third-party folders will have their own terms and conditions).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rantir, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
