At Rantir, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients for frontend development and a software layer where we create AI automations and integrations. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions to create AI application that meet their needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and security.

Rantir Service Offerings contains the following policy for all maintenance and enterprise service-based subscriptions

Rantir.com offers a range of services tailored to our clients’ requirements:

  • Software Development (Frontend & Backend Engineering Solutions): We specialize in custom software development, including web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise solutions. We bill hourly or monthly for to service your company with custom or templatized code both with a custom code framework or non-coded development tool like webtir, webflow or others.
  • Data Integration and Analytics with Rantir App: Our team excels in integrating disparate data sources, performing data analysis, and deriving actionable insights and has created a software to execute this within Rantir.cloud and Rantir.app domains to deliver integration calls (via API) into thrid party software.
  • Cloud Services with Rantir Cloud: We provide cloud migration, architecture design, and management services across major cloud platforms and self-hosted set up.
  • Consulting and Advisory: Rantir.com offers strategic consulting, technology assessments, and project management expertise.
  • Security Audits and Compliance: We conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements.

‍Service Levels and Expectations

  • Response Time: We commit to timely responses during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Urgent issues receive immediate attention.
  • Quality Assurance: Our services undergo rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Communication: Clear communication channels are essential. Clients can expect regular updates, progress reports, and transparent discussions.

Client Responsibilities

  • Access and Permissions: Clients must provide necessary access to systems, data, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: We value client feedback. Regular collaboration ensures alignment with project goals.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Clients are responsible for timely payments as per agreed terms.

Confidentiality and Data Handling

  • Confidentiality: Rantir.com treats all client information as strictly confidential. We adhere to industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Data Security: We implement robust security measures to protect client data during storage, transmission, and processing. Please see our data policy here.
  • Data Retention: We retain client data only as long as necessary for the agreed-upon services.
  • 30 Days data removal: When you cancel your Rantir Cloud instance your data integrated with any thrid party will be removed after 30 days within 30 days. For services, all Figma files and Webflow or Framer Share links and slack connections will and can be shared up to 12 months for our service warenty.

Service Termination and Dispute Resolution

  • Termination: Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. We ensure a smooth transition and data handover. We have 30 days to migrate the work and will not migrate the work automatically unless otherwise noted. Subscriptions at anytime can be auto-renewed and/or transferred should the company sell or default.
  • Disputes: In case of disputes, we encourage open dialogue and aim for amicable resolution. If necessary, legal avenues will be pursued based on the total project subscription OR the service invoices. You cannot take legal action greater than the total number of the damages represented in the invoices paid or subscription(s) paid. We are not responsible for damages incurred for AI-based output and there are generally no refunds.

Remember that this policy serves as a guide for both Rantir.com and our clients. It reflects our commitment to excellence and transparency.

Disposing of client information

During termination: Clients have the ability to self-host Rantir Cloud at any time, and regain all workflows and integrations directly on their hosting options. Rantir also will help migrate these workflows and advice on installing the Rantir Application directly.  In the event that the Rantir Application and Cloud services are terminate, and not needed, the team will safeguarding our clients’ non-public information is of utmost importance. When it comes to disposing of such sensitive data, we adhere to rigorous procedures to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Here’s how we handle the disposal process:

When it’s time to dispose of non-public client information—whether it’s physical documents or digital records—we follow these guidelines:

  1. Secure Destruction Methods by destroying the unique server instance:
    • Server Destroying: For paper documents containing sensitive data, is destroyed because each instance of Rantir is uniquely placed on private servers (not shared) This ensures that no readable information remains.
    • Digital Data: When disposing of digital files, we employ secure deletion methods. This includes overwriting data on storage devices (such as hard drives) multiple times to prevent any recovery.
  2. Retention Periods and Timelines:
    • We maintain clear retention policies that specify how long we retain client information. Once the retention period expires, we promptly initiate the disposal process.
    • Regular reviews ensure that we don’t hold onto data longer than necessary.
  3. Data Classification and Segregation:
    • Before disposal, we classify data based on its sensitivity. Non-public information receives special handling.
    • We segregate data into categories (e.g., confidential, internal) to determine the appropriate disposal method.
  4. Authorized Personnel Only:
    • Only authorized personnel are involved in the disposal process. They receive training on data protection and privacy.
    • Access to disposal areas or systems is restricted to prevent unauthorized handling.
  5. Audit Trails and Documentation:
    • We maintain detailed records of the disposal process. This includes dates, methods used, and responsible individuals.
    • Audit trails provide transparency and accountability.
  6. Environmental Considerations:
    • For electronic devices (such as old computers or mobile devices), we work with certified e-waste recycling services.
    • These services ensure that hardware components are properly recycled or destroyed without harming the environment.
  7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Our disposal practices align with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • We stay informed about any updates or changes in data disposal requirements.

In summary, Rantir takes a proactive and responsible approach to disposing of non-public client information. Our commitment to security and privacy extends throughout the entire data lifecycle—from collection to destruction.

If the software is used in conjunction with third-party AI APIs—including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar systems—the user is responsible for ensuring that their chosen AI provider complies with their own organization’s privacy and data-handling requirements. When the user supplies their own API keys for any such provider, Rantir makes no copies of those keys and does not facilitate their use beyond forwarding requests directly to the provider under the user's explicit instruction within Rantir Cloud or Rantir Studio. In these cases, the user’s data is governed by the data policies of the external AI provider, and the user is responsible for reviewing those terms. All Rantir Products are under the parent company called Hexigon AI, Inc. a Colorado, USA s-corp.
